Job Description

  • Responsible to initiate, plan and sell the digital products to the Merchants to achieve the sales targets.
  • Updating the product information and sales strategy to make sure all team members are aligned.
  • Leading the sales team and monitoring the team performance to achieve the highest results as planned.
  • To work with the operation teams, business teams and other supporting units to make sure that the products sold are delivered within the SLA.
  • Organizing and coordinating cross teams functions to achieve expected results.
  • Design, prepare and update the sales kits for the sales teams and to support internal/external training when needed.
  • Regular engagement with the Merchants for the long-term partnership.
  • Monitoring the market positioning, market news and data analyzing for the continuous business improvement.
  • Communicating with external payment schemes and merchants for joint promotions and campaigns.
  • Responsible for the overall sales target achievement and other additional tasks as assigned.

Skills and Competencies Requirements:

  • Excellent Sales, data analyzing  and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS office especially excel, power BI, Power Point, Word
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrating in enthusiastic ,  problem solving, attention to detail and  focus on quality
  • Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and Positive Attitude
  • Service oriented mindset
