This role is to liaise between, and report to, internal and external clients and stakeholders, including developers, throughout the development process. You will specify and shape the system requirements and operations, the user interface and output and present the proposal to the client. You will work closely with the client team and stakeholders, including project manager and software developers, during both the report and implementation phase.

Job Description

  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and vendor
  • Analyze requirements and business models
  • Map and document interfaces for new systems
  • Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability 
  • Work closely with a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction 
  • Plan testing schedules for complete systems
  • Work flexibly to deadlines 
  • Support users on change control and system updates 
  • Provide training and user manuals to users of a new system

Qualifications & requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field  
  • Minimum 1 year of IT-related work experience 
  • Understand software development lifecycles 
  • Broad knowledge of Software, Programming, SQL, Unified Modelling Language (UML) and Web-Based Technologies 
  • Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail 
  • Good communication skill in Myanmar and English 
  • Excellent presentation, planning and negotiating skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
