Job Description
- Responsible to initiate, plan and sell the digital products to the Merchants to achieve the sales targets.
 - Updating the product information and sales strategy to make sure all team members are aligned.
 
- Leading the sales team and monitoring the team performance to achieve the highest results as planned.
 - To work with the operation teams, business teams and other supporting units to make sure that the products sold are delivered within the SLA.
 - Organizing and coordinating cross teams functions to achieve expected results.
 - Design, prepare and update the sales kits for the sales teams and to support internal/external training when needed.
 - Regular engagement with the Merchants for the long-term partnership.
 - Monitoring the market positioning, market news and data analyzing for the continuous business improvement.
 - Communicating with external payment schemes and merchants for joint promotions and campaigns.
 - Responsible for the overall sales target achievement and other additional tasks as assigned.
 
Skills and Competencies Requirements:
- Excellent Sales, data analyzing and reporting skills
 - Proficiency in MS office especially excel, power BI, Power Point, Word
 - Good communication and leadership skills
 - Demonstrating in enthusiastic , problem solving, attention to detail and focus on quality
 - Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and Positive Attitude
 - Service oriented mindset
