A. Rules and regulations:

က. လိုက်နာရမည့် စည်းမျည်း၊ စည်းကမ်းများ 

1. WSE reserves the right to suspend the Student from using the Service and/or terminate the Contract (without refunding any amount already paid) in the event that the Student commits any act that seriously affects WSE, the center, the class or other students, including:
၁. သင်တန်းသူ/သား သည် WSE၊ စင်တာ၊ အတန်း (သို့) အခြားသင်တန်းသူ/သား အား အပြင်းအထန် ထိခိုက်စေသည့် မည်သည့် လုပ်ရပ်ကို မဆို ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့ပါက သင်တန်းသူ/သားမှ ပေးချေထားပြီးသော သင်တန်းကြေးအား ပြန်လည် ပေးအပ်မည် မဟုတ်ဘဲ အဆိုပါ သင်တန်းသူ/သားကို WSE မှ စာချုပ်အား တစ်ဖက်သတ် ရပ်ဆိုင်းရန် အခွင့်အရေးရှိသည်။

• Affecting the reputation and honor of WSE or its centers;
WSE နှင့် စင်တာများ ၏ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာကို ထိခိုက်စေခြင်း၊

• Obstructing the normal conduct of the class;
သင်တန်းချိန်တွင်း နှောက်ယှက်ခြင်း၊

• Affecting the security and order in the classroom or within the center;

• Using violent language and/or behavior in the classroom or within the center;
စင်တာအတွင်း (သို့) သင်တန်းခန်းမ တွင် ရိုင်းစိုင်းသော အပြုအမှုနှင့် ရိုင်းစိုင်းစွာ ပြောဆို ဆက်ဆံခြင်း၊

• Insulting/threatening teachers, WSE employees and/or other students in the classroom or within the center;
စင်တာအတွင်း (သို့) သင်တန်းခန်းမတွင် အခြားသော သင်တန်းသား/သူ၊ WSE မှ ၀န်ထမ်းများနှင့် ဆရာ၊ဆရာမများအား စော်ကားခြင်း၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်ခြင်း၊

• Committing illegal acts in the classroom or in the center;
စင်တာအတွင်း (သို့) သင်တန်းခန်းမတွင် ဥပဒေနှင့် မညီသော တရားမ၀င်လုပ်ရပ်များကို ကျူးလွန်ခြင်း၊

• Any act mentioned in the rules and regulations resulting in Service suspension or Contract termination.
ဖော်ပြပါ လိုက်နာရမည့် စည်းမျဥ်း၊ စည်းကမ်းများကို ကျူးလွန်ပါက ၀န်ဆောင်မှုအား ဆိုင်းငံခြင်း (သို့) စာချုပ်အား ရပ်ဆိုင်းခံရနိုင်သည်။

The decision for Service suspension or Contract termination will be carefully considered by WSE, balancing the interests of the Student and the class/center.
WSE မှ ၀န်ဆောင်မှုအား ဆိုင်းငံခြင်း (သို့) စာချုပ်အား ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်းသည် အခြားသော သင်တန်းသူ/သား နှင့် အတန်း၊ စင်တာများ၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားကို ထည့်သွင့်စဥ်းစား၍ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

B. General rules and regulations:

• Do not leave belongings unattended. WSE will not be responsible for the loss or theft of personal property.
မိမိကိုယ်ပိုင် ပစ္စည်းများအား အတန်းတွင်း ထားခဲ့ခြင်းမပြုရ။ မိမိကိုယ်ပိုင် ပစ္စည်းများ ပျောက်ဆုံး၊ ပျက်ဆီးခြင်းအတွက် WSE တွင် တာ၀န်မရှိပါ။

• No speaking loudly in the Learning Center or while classes are in session in or near classroom areas.
သင်တန်းခန်းမအတွင်းနှင့် သင်တန်း ခန်းမ အနီး (သို့) သင်တန်း သင်နေစဥ်အတွင်းတွင် ကျယ်လောင်စွာ စကားမပြောရ။

• Show respect for all staff and students by acting and dressing appropriately.
သင့်လျော်စွာ ၀တ်စားဆင်ယင်ခြင်းဖြင့် ၀န်ထမ်းများနှင့် သင်တန်းသူ/သားများအား လေးစားရမည်။

• Must request permission from a staff member before taking professional photos, videos and/or audio recordings.

• Violent behavior or threatening or inappropriate language will not be permitted.

• Inappropriate public displays of affection are prohibited.

• Students are restricted from entering “Staff only” areas.

• No spitting, littering, smoking, or drinking alcohol in the center. Arriving under the influence is not tolerated.

• Students must not damage the facility or WSE’s property; costs incurred will be the responsibility of the involved.
သင်တန်းသူ/သားများသည် WSE ၏ ပစ္စည်းနှင့် (သို့) အဆောက်အအုံများအား ဖျက်စီးခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ရပါ။ ပြုလုပ်ပါက တန်ဖိုးအတိုင်း‌ ‌ပေးလျော်ရမည်။

• No full meals or smelly foods are allowed in the center unless it is provided during Center activities.

• No drugs, weapons, or items capable of inflicting harm are allowed in the center. 
စင်တာတွင် ထိခိုက်စေနိုင်သည့် မူးယစ်ဆေး၀ါး၊ လက်နက်များ (သို့) ပစ္စည်းများ ကိုင်ဆောင် သုံးစွဲခြင်းမပြုလုပ်ရပါ။

• Using mobile phones or computers is prohibited if deemed disruptive by staff.
၀န်ထမ်းများက အနှောက်အယှက်ဖြစ်သည်ဟု ယူဆပါက ဖုန်း (သို့) ကွန်ပြူတာများအား သုံးစွဲခြင်းမပြုလုပ်ရပါ။ 

• Using social media or playing games in the Learning Center is not permitted.
သင်တန်းအတွင်း ဆိုရှယ်မီဒီယာ အသုံးပြုခြင်း (သို့) ဂိမ်းကစားခြင်း အား မပြုလုပ်ရပါ။ 

• The Student must have all the necessary electronic equipment and a stable internet connection with an appropriate speed for online learning according to the Minimum Technical Requirements specified on WSE’s website at the following  wallstreetenglish.edu.mm/rules-and-regulations. WSE will not be responsible if the Student cannot receive the expected learning experience due to failure to meet these requirements.

• During special occasions and public holidays, WSE will remain open, except for major holidays, which will be announced by WSE. On these occasions, only online classes, as well as ML and DW, will be available for the Student.

• Guests are required to wait in the reception area unless they are attending Social Classes or center events. Students are required to inform staff members about inviting guests to attend Social Classes and/or Center Events.

In the event that the Student fails to comply with any of WSE’s rules and regulations, WSE reserves the right to take necessary measures to stop the violation and prevent it from happening again.
