Front Software Engineer

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for software solutions by collaborating with the project management team by evaluating analysis and solution development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow,
• data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution
• development, and proposed solution
• Collaborate with project team and designers to ensure the final product adheres to the predetermined
• budget, scope and design
• Prepare and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and
• programming.
• Develop testing, maintenance and updates of software solutions
• Update existing applications to meet the security and standards in meeting bank’s requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 4 years of relevant experience, with minimum 2+ years of professional experience as Software Engineer
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and API’s.
• Highly-motivated self-starter with a passion for making high quality software
• Strong communication skills, strong sense of ownership and drive
• Willing to stand firm on own ideas but also at the same time flexible enough to listen to and accept others’ ideas
