Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with related departments, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
- Make sure day to day operation and technical issues are solved and team is delivering required support to business and branches
- Develop Internal and External User Preference, User Guides, Memos and Instructions
- Work closely with Finance to solve the disputes
- Work with Risk and Compliance team
- Developing Individual JDs, SOPs, SLA, Succession Plan

Experiences and Educational Requirements:
- 7-year experience in Banking, Operation & Technology
- Customer Experience Knowledge
- Competitor & Market Knowledge
- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement
- Escalation Background
- Bachelor Degree
- Post Graduated Diploma
- Relevant Background Certificates
- Having 4 Skills in English
- Excellent in Communication & Training
