Performance Monitoring and Reporting Manager

Job Description

• Responsible to track the sales teams’ daily progress and to support them in the data and administration matters to hit the monthly targets.
• Monitoring the market positioning, market news and data analyzing for the competitive edges..
• Updating the product information and procedures to make sure all team members are aligned.
• Building relationship with the Merchants (product user level) to monitor day to day usage of AYA digital products and to make sure their communication processes with AYA support/ops units are smooth.
• Routine Mystery shopping or Visit to the sites to know the ground situation of the products deployed.
• Leading the team and monitoring team performance to achieve the highest results as planned.
• Organizing and coordinating cross teams functions to achieve expected results.
• To support internal/external trainings when needs.
• Communicating with external payment schemes and merchants for joint promotions and campaigns
• Responsible for the overall sales target achievement and other additional tasks as assigned

Skills and Competencies Requirements:

• Excellent research, data analysis and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS office (Power BI, Excel, Power Point)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrating in enthusiastic ,  problem solving, attention to detail and  focus on quality
• Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and Positive Attitude
• Service oriented mindset

Experiences and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in the areas of Business Intelligence, Research and Development, Business Development and Sales as a lead.
• Proven previous achievements and results in above mentioned areas.
• Data Analyzing and Reporting
• Must have English Four skill (Intermediate and above).
• Must have excellent Microsoft office skill (Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Point)
• Excellent in Leadership, Data Tracking, Reporting and Time Management skill
