Job Description
- Responsible to track the sales teams’ daily progress and to support them in the data and administration matters to hit the monthly targets.
 - Monitoring the market positioning, market news and data analyzing for the competitive edges..
 - Updating the product information and procedures to make sure all team members are aligned.
 - Building relationship with the Merchants (product user level) to monitor day to day usage of AYA digital products and to make sure their communication processes with AYA support/ops units are smooth.
 - Routine Mystery shopping or Visit to the sites to know the ground situation of the products deployed.
 - Leading the team and monitoring team performance to achieve the highest results as planned.
 - Organizing and coordinating cross teams functions to achieve expected results.
 - To support internal/external trainings when needs.
 - Communicating with external payment schemes and merchants for joint promotions and campaigns
 - Responsible for the overall sales target achievement and other additional tasks as assigned
 
Skills and Competencies Requirements:
- Excellent research, data analysis and reporting skills
 - Proficiency in MS office (Power BI, Excel, Power Point)
 - Good communication and leadership skills
 - Demonstrating in enthusiastic , problem solving, attention to detail and focus on quality
 - Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and Positive Attitude
 - Service oriented mindset
 
Experiences and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
 - Experience in the areas of Business Intelligence, Research and Development, Business Development and Sales as a lead.
 - Proven previous achievements and results in above mentioned areas.
 - Data Analyzing and Reporting
 - Must have English Four skill (Intermediate and above).
 - Must have excellent Microsoft office skill (Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Point)
 - Excellent in Leadership, Data Tracking, Reporting and Time Management skill
